As AI-assisted development workflows grow, a single CLAUDE.md file quickly stops being enough.

In this talk, I shared how my Claude Code workflows evolved from separate, duplicated instructions into a more composable system built around reusable stages, clear contracts, skills, and specialized agents.

Discovery may differ by work type, but planning and implementation can often converge into reusable workflows.
